DESCRIPTION  –   In the first 2 years students live on-site at the Practical Learning Centre, Leura campus. In addition they undertake 2 industry placements that provide hands-on, practical experience.  Students’ final 6-months focus on business management. Classes are held at the non-residential, Executive Business Centre, Sydney campus.

After the Bachelor of Business degree, students can attain a second Undergraduate degree in International Event Management or International Restaurant and Catering with just an additional 12 to 24 weeks of study.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES – BMIHMS has a number of industry partners including Accor, Four Seasons Hotel, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and TFE Hotels.  Graduates received on average 2.4 job offers for every industry placement.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – Age: 17yrs & 9 months+;   English:  IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent);   Academic: Australian Year 12 certificate or international equivalent (example: B.E.H.S. Matriculation plus Foundation Studies,  O-Levels + University Preparation Program,  A-Levels, some Diploma Programs)

INTAKES & DURATION – January, April, July, October.   2.5 year accelerated course which includes 1200 hours of paid industry placement (two 6 month placements)

FEES – Tuition: A$27,500 per year (total A$82,500)*;  Accommodation: A$9,900 per year;   Potential earnings during paid industry placements: A$19,600**

*plus additional costs such as textbooks, uniform, equipment, and insurance   **most students also work part-time during the in-class periods
